What is Revival Performance?

Revival is built around 3-5 training days per week depending on the client’s schedule, training age, recovery ability, and lifestyle demands.

INSIDE THE Revival Performance PROGRAM

Help adults feel capable, athletic, strong, and confident again — whether they’re working at a desk, golfing on weekends, chasing their kids, or simply wanting to feel like themselves again.

The Revival Performance system is built to help you move better, feel stronger, and perform with confidence in everyday life. It focuses on helping you move pain-free, restore athleticism, improve mobility and joint function, and build strength that actually carries over outside the gym. Through intentional training, you develop power, coordination, movement quality, energy, and resilience, all while training for longevity without feeling constantly beat up.

Each workout includes:

Movement preparation

Power or athletic movement work

Mobility + activation

Conditioning or recovery finishers

Strength training

16-Week Program Arc

By the end of the 16 weeks, clients typically feel more mobile, athletic, energized, stronger, and physically prepared for both daily life and recreational activities.

Phase 1

Reset & Restore (Weeks 1-4)

Improve mobility and movement quality

Reduce stiffness, tightness, and lingering aches

Rebuild foundational strength and conditioning

Build the Foundation (Weeks 5-8)

Develop full-body strength and stabilityv
